REDUCE your waste of plastic bags - When you bring in your recycling, keep the bag and reuse it!

HOW DOES THE ASFM RECYCLING PROGRAM WORK?

WHEN? Students can bring recycling into school any morning starting at 7:15. Students in Nursery and PK can bring the recycling directly to their teachers.

HOW? Take the recycling out of the plastic bag (the plastic bags are not recyclable) and put it in the appropriate bin. There is one bin for cans, one for glass, etc.

WHAT?
We recycle cans, plastic bottles (with a #1 or #2 triangle on them), glass, batteries, and paper.
