Students visit institutions

Students attend conferences

Overview

For the 2008-2009 school year, the school administration, teachers and parents, decided to continue with the Wednesdays Conference Period. For the High School level, Character Education will be address as a course.

A crucial element in our program is the involvement of teachers and students in actively serving their immediate community. These projects build a sense of community as students work together, develop good citizenship and responsibility towards others. Students in the Bach and High School programs have to complete at least 100 hours of community service in order to get their diplomas.

We believe that working together with families is an essential part of our program. A group of parent volunteers help facilitate the Community Component of the Character Education Program. They help with the organization of different activities like conference for our students and visits to different institutions.
