Art, Music & Spanish Classes	Ask for information. Some classes are posted by staff, others can be found in the newspaper or are listed by Associations. The school gives Spanish classes for one semester. Advanced tutoring is offered by the British Center or Richardson agency at 8338-5185 or The Spanish language Center, Rio Missouri 105 A Pte. 8335-7546.
Associations & Clubs	Alliance Francaise and ASOMO (the American Society of Monterrey) are two more popular clubs. See orientation booklet for more information.
Events	Keep an eye on ''Gente" in El Norte, especially for national holidays and festivals. Sala Beethoven 367 on Gonzalitos sells tickets to piano concerts. UNAL, across from Wal-Mart on Lazaro Cardenas has Thursday evening orchestras concerts for around 40 pesos. Read about local events in magazine called Elastica Cintermex/Parque Fundidora is a modern stadium and gallery that hosts many cultural events and concerts The Grand Prix comes to Monterrey each spring. Museums	Museo de Arte Contemporaneo (MARCO)	8342-0795, Zuazua and Padre Jardon 968. Downtown. It has a modern collection of Mexican art. It is free Wednesdays.

Plaza Mexico	A pedestrian mall downtown. It has a lot of smaller shops. It usually celebrates all Mexican holidays with cultural events. Check it out in September for the Independence Day Festivals.	Morelos and Padre Mier.
