Hi, my name is Lucy Uribe. I am the Personnel Manager.
This is my third year at A.S.F.M. I supervise a team of hard working people
that put all their energy and efforts to assist teachers and employees.
We are the first contact with the new teachers even before they
arrive in Monterrey.
We buy their airline tickets, we work on the FM-3's (working papers). We
also take care of the Major Medical Insurance Policy. We
take care of the payroll twice a month, as well as Security for personnel
and the buildings. As you can see, this is a very busy job.
We are very happy and proud to work at A.S.F.M. and our goal is to try
to make new teachers feel welcome and at home.
