The English
Department at ASFM handles subject specific curriculum issues at
the MS/HS campus of our school because our teachers from grades
6 through 12 are subject-specific teachers.
Please note
our Middle School and High
School Plagiarism Policieslinked under Resources at
the left of this page.
We use an
anti-plagiarism website called turnitin.com. If you

When in
doubt concerning plagiarism, students should always cite the
source they
are using. These sources
may include books, magazines, journals, internet sites, radio,
television
or film. For more precise information about how to cite a source
for any of your writing, go to http://nutsandbolts.washcoll.edu/ or
consult the MLA Handbook.
Every year,
members of the English and Spanish Departments, here at our school,
host a Middle School Creative Writing Conference for the American
Schools of Mexico (ASOMEX). Click on the links at the left to
visit
the published works of the participants.
