Grade 7 Team

ASFM's 7th Grade is run by a team of highly motivated and trained teachers. In recognition that all of our teachers are leaders, we work together to make many of our classroom rules and procedures similar. We are unified in the following belief statements:

• Learning should be an enjoyable life-long process.
• As a person's effort increases, so does their achievement.
• Mistakes should be opportunities to learn and improve.
• Sharing makes everyone more knowledgeable and efficient.

Our team actively pursues communication between teachers, parents and students. We post our homework on the 7th grade homework web site, and encourage contact through email. The 7th grade team also emphasizes phone communication, both to celebrate good behavior and to find solutions to problems.
