The Alumni Office at ASFM is seeking to update all alumni information and to provide information sharing services for alumni. You can do this in a number of ways.
- Download our Registration Form, fill it in, and return it to the school offices. OR
- Please send us an e-mail by clicking here with the following details:
- First Name,
- Last Name,
- Second Last Name,
- MarriedName (if applicable),
- Address,
- Home Phone,
- Cellular Phone,
- Email address,
- Birth Date,
- Occupation,
- Last grade level you finished at ASFM,
- which calendar year that was
- Class of _________
- (for example: If you attended until 9th grade and that was 1975 , you would put 9th, 1975, Class of 1978)
