Communication Flow Chart
In addition to the above Flowchart, you may also directly contact the ASFM Board of Directors regarding issues that you feel need to be brought to our attention. It is crucial to remember that all community members must first consult and use the above official ASFM Channels of Communication Flowchart to address their specific questions, concerns, and needs. If after using the complete flowchart, you feel your concerns or needs have not been addressed or met, you may then contact the Board via this new Board email: email@example.com.
Please note that the messages sent to this email will not be filtered by the ASFM administration and will go directly to the Board of Director’s Executive Committee who will review the concern, ensure that is has gone through the correct channels of communication, and then decide if it is handled directly by the Board or directed back to the Superintendent for his or her review.
The Board of Directors is happy to inform you that in addition to using the Board email to address your needs, you also have a way to directly report unethical or questionable behavior or situations to the Board of Directors by sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Examples of topics, behaviors, or situations that could fall under this category might include:
- Conflict of interest
- Abuse of power
- Inappropriate use of confidential information
- Irregular economic incentives
- Stealing school assets
- Labor or sexual harassment
- Gender Discrimination
We are happy to provide you with these multiple means of open and transparent communication as ways to ensure and support our school vision of open minds, caring hearts and global leadership.
