Family Services Portal & Tuition Payment FAQs

• Annual tuition is paid in 11 installments, from August to June.
• Are paid during the first 10 days of each month. The August tuition installment is the exception with no late fee and is due along with the September installment on September 10th.

Family Services Portal is the parent portal where you can find all your tuition payment information such as:

• Current Monthly Tuition Amount Due in MXN
• Payment Methods
• Download Format to Enroll in Automatic Credit Card Payments
• Past Tuition Payments Made
• Download Invoices (Facturas)

• At the beginning of the school year, you will receive your personalized username and password.

• If you have your account but you can't log into Family Services, please email helpdesk@asfm.edu.mx.

Tuition fee is communicated through an official email from ASFM Communications Department before the start of every school year.

• Yes, at the beginning of the month from balanceaccount@asfm.edu.mx. Please remember to pay on time to avoid the 2.5% monthly late fee on tuition.

• The tax information is provided upon registration in admissions and before making the first payment. Once this is done, there is no need to repeat this every month. All invoices (facturas) will be automatically generated and available to download directly from Family Services.

• If you wish to change the tax information for subsequent payments, it is necessary to request the change of tax information before making the payment, by sending an email to claudia.saldana@asfm.edu.mx along with the tax details and/or the tax certificate.
