About Visits
If you would like to visit the Campus or get in touch with a teacher or administrator, please send an email here. Visits are scheduled during school hours, from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
Places allowed to visit from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm: Libraries, Main Halls, Cafeterias, Eco Patios
We kindly ask you to avoid distracting teachers in case a class is taking place in the allowed locations
Places allowed to visit before school starts, after school, in recess or lunch time: Halls, Gyms, Fields, STEM Lab, Classrooms, Maker Pod, Business Incubator
Please ask about recess and lunch schedules of the day you're visiting as they change depending on the day
About Guided Tours
Tours consist of a walk-through of the entire campus, depending on the interest of the group.
An Alumni Office representative will meet you at the Main Office and guide your tour.
To request a guided tour, fill out the form below.
During the Visit / Tour
You must complete the following four steps:
- Show your Alumni ID card to the guard at the gate. If you don't have an Alumni ID contact us.
- Before the visit/tour, notify the Main Office at the Elementary building or the MSHS building.
- Sign in on the "ASFM Visitor's log".
- After the visit/tour, check out on the "ASFM Visitor's log"
