Program Details

Students practice 2 days a week. The duration of each practice is 90 minutes and participates in at least one game per week in local leagues. Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season.

The objective in these categories is that the child discovered and developed the physical, technical and tactical abilities based on psychomotor work with development of accelerated rapid force, reaction and the execution of dominated movements in fun time intervals. In Kindergarten the adapted formal competition begins and in first grade the selection of representative teams begins.

Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season. At this stage, coordination skills, rhythm, concentration, and increased contraction velocity continue to develop. Starts work on conditional physical capabilities and the development of strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. Students participate in technical development teams and representative teams for each generation.

Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season. Begin basic sports training with an emphasis on fundamentals in individual and group technical-tactical development.

Starts participation in ASOMEX events that include competition, coexistence, technical foundations.
 

This category is called "Juvenile A" and includes students from both grades.

Students practice at least 3 days per week. The duration of each practice is 90 minutes and they participate in at least one game per week in local leagues. Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season. The main emphasis is on the development of conditional abilities, as well as on the understanding of specific tactical development. Students participate in teams by generation or combination of generations depending on the leagues they are enrolled in. Participation in national competitive ASOMEX tournaments begins.
 

This category is called "Juvenile B" and includes students from both grades.

Students practice a minimum of 3 days a week and students are invited to practice 4 days a week when possible. The duration of each practice is 90 minutes and they participate in at least one game per week in local leagues. Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season. The main emphasis during this stage is the maturation of the physical, athletic and tactical development of each of the students. At this stage, the specific athletic physical development work begins in the gym for each of the teams. The selection of students from both generations participates in ASOMEX tournaments.
 

The “VARSITY” category (it is also called Juvenil C and Juvenil C Minor) is made up of High School students . Upon evaluation, 9th grade students can be eligible for Juvenil B and Juvenil C teams.

Students practice a minimum of 3 days a week and students are invited to practice 4 days a week when possible. The duration of each practice is 90 minutes and they participate in at least one game per week in local leagues. Each student will play at least 50% of each game in the regular season.

“The Elite team” is made up of the students with the best attitude, commitment and physical, technical and tactical development in High School. These students practice an additional 30 minutes a day to work with their generation and can be called to ASOMEX tournaments, as well as games and tournaments of a higher competitive level.

The weekly participation commitment required for each student is 4 to 6 days on average. The main emphasis during this stage is on the technical-tactical specialization of the students and teams. Likewise, in the specialized work of individual and collective athletic physical development to compete at the highest level in the ASFM environment and the preparation for students to aspire to continue their sports development at the university level.
