2021 Yearbook Photo Process for Teachers and Staff
Hello ASFM Teachers and Staff!
We wanted to announce that we WILL be having a yearbook for this school year, however we need your help to make it happen!
The deadline to submit the photos will be the 5th of March
Due to the circumstances, the yearbook will be different from other years. Since students will be taking their pictures at home, those teachers who have a homeroom/community time/access will be receiving their students pictures via Gmail. We already created folders for you to place your students' pictures in. The main folder is called “Yearbook 2020-2021 Photo Collection.” Inside that main folder you will find folders for Elementary, Middle School and High School, and then corresponding folders for each grade’s homeroom/community time/access. Teachers, please submit your photos in the same folder as your students. For teachers and faculty who don't have a homeroom/community time/access, we also created the following folders for you to submit your photos: “Specialists Department” (Music, Art, Physical Education, Library, Spanish, etc.), “Support Services” (Learning Specialists, Well-Being, Eagle Parent University, Clinic), and “Curriculum and Innovation Department”.
Office Staff, please submit your photos to the communications department Gmail (communications@asfm.edu.mx). For maintenance and security guards the process will be different. We will speak with their supervisors and develop a plan to collect their pictures or see if it's better to use last year's photos.
