SOCCER K-2 - ACADEMY

GRADES: K, 1st & 2nd
PROGRAM: ACADEMY
DAYS: MONDAY - THURSDAY
SCHEDULE: 3:00 - 4:30
DESCRIPTION: Teams will be comprised of 16-18 max students. In order to be eligIble for games, students must attend at least 3 days a week. All teams within Academy program will be named ASFM and in case there are multiple teams in the generation, they will be identified with colors.
PARTICIPATION:
 * 2 leages per semester

Giving emphasis to 1 vs 1, where students have more contact with the ball. Pivot work, static and moving dribble with dominant and non-dominant hand. Principles of training, teamwork, self-control and responsibility.

This will be evaluated in the form of a higher level of physical fitness, better health, pleasant social integration and the satisfaction derived from a good performance in individual and team activities.

DESCRIPTION: Initiation to the basic fundamentals of volleyball, such as passing technique, volley and the serve under the hand. Familiarization with the ball and the fundamental basic positions. In the same way, an introduction to the basic rules of the game is given as well as the rotation on the court.

Introduction to double blocking, 6-2 tactical formation, offensive plays and defensive formations.

Master the specialty position and continue to work on tactical formations on both sides of the ball (defensive and offensive). Develop double block, libero, and 3-player receiving system.

In this stage we focus on the work of a correct execution in the technique of movements and functional basics, which involve everyday movements such as jumping, bending, pushing, pulling involving squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees, etc. starting with progressive exercises until we master the movement, where we can involve all the muscles and joints of the body.
