End of Year Schedule


IMPORTANT DATES ELEMENTARY

Parents,

There is so much happening during the last weeks of school and our leadership team thought you might appreciate a detailed schedule of the events that are taking place. We recognize that there may be some individual classroom events happening as well yet these may not be included in this list. We hope this information is helpful for your planning and look forward to seeing you around the school over the final days of school.

Monday, June 10th

  • Spanish language book sale begins
  • 8:00 - Grade 1 Awards Assembly (invitation only)
  • 9:00 - Grade 2 Awards Assembly (invitation only)
  • 1:10 - Grade 3 Awards Assembly (invitation only)

Tuesday, June 11th

  • 8:00 - Grade 4 Awards Assembly (invitation only)
  • 12:45 - Grade 5 Awards Assembly (invitation only)
  • 2:00ish - Clap-Out begins - See instructions below. (invitation only)

Clap Out Information: The Clap-Out will take place following the 5th grade awards assembly. It has been a tradition for many years to honor our Grade 5 students exiting elementary and moving on to middle school.

Clap-Out Location for Students in Grades 1-4 and Parents:

  • Grade 1: Main hallway downstairs with parents
  • Grade 2: Upstairs, starting from the big map toward the grade 3 hallway entrance
  • Grade 3: Open space between 3rd and 4th hallways - Not on steps
  • Grade 4: Main hallway downstairs in front of the psychology office with parents.
  • Parents: Bottom of the Grade 4/Kinder stairway and throughout the main hallway.

Route for 5th Grade students:
Students in grade 5 will start by the large map upstairs. Students will come down the Kinder/Grade 4 stairway, take a right turn all the way to the end of the main hallway where they will exit out of the wide glass doors leading to the terrace by the cafeteria.

Wednesday, June 12th - Last day for N/PK students

  • Report Cards go home for N/PK students
  • Carpool changes for June 13 close at 3:45
  • K-5 Students dismissed at 3:!0

Thursday, June 13th - Last day for K-5 students (No carpool changes)

  • Report Cards and MAP Progress Reports go home with K-5 students.
  • Yearbook Distribution
  • 8:05 - Teacher Appreciation & Farewell Assembly (invitation only)
  • 11:30 - Dismissal for K-5

June 17 and 18: Lost and Found open for business
June 19th: Leftover items lost and found items will be donated

MIDDLE SCHOOL LAST DAYS OF SCHOOL

WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY, JUNE 5-7
Grades 6-8: All MS students are required to be in school these days.
Arrival at 8:00 am with normal bus schedule and classes start at 8:10 am
Departure: Classes end at 10:45 am and buses leave at 11:15 am

Grades 6-7:
ONLY for students receiving an awards invitation via PowerSchool, all other students are not required to report.
Arrival at 9:30 for Grades 6-7 Awards Assembly at 10:00 am in the auditorium. No bus transportation provided.

Grade 8:
ONLY for students receiving an awards invitation via PowerSchool, all other students are not required to report.
Arrival at 2:00 for Grades 8 Awards Assembly at 2:30 am in the auditorium. No bus transportation provided.

All middle school students (grades 6-8) head out to summer vacation!
